Your use of the human figure is incredible! absolutely outstanding and inspiring. As a painter I also love using the human body as my main subject. The seductiveness and lust that your work conveys is also thought of when i paint or draw a new piece. Your work is beautiful! Keep up the wonderful art!
Before I compare to your heavenly sculpting practices, I was quite moved when I read of the strong relationship between you and your brother. I, too, shadowed my brother on most things. He was an influence to my art and we even combined our love of writing through plays that we put on when we were small. I wanted to be like him, he took Greek and was educated and I thrived to be that way! We distanced, like you did with your brother, but through tragedy when he drowned in the sea. I love him dearly and fathom the memories we made often. Oh sorry! Enough of my loud thoughts! Anyways, the thing that you and I (and I'm sure many artists have in common) is our deep passion and hard-working nature. Like you, a was devoted once I picked up a pen. I couldn't stop! My family was also encouraging in my writing, as of your sculpting. How true, when I read of a female artist speak of the struggles of women during our era. Amazing how we tolerated it! How fortunate we were to be educated :)
Oh! Your art is very beautiful I might say. We both are very similar in the art world but by visual arts itself. Your art is really complex like my type of style. Everything you make, from what I see is made with so much detail that it's speechless. And it's so amazing how you get the texture of it all. Beautiful, simply beautiful.
